Ordered from the Insomnia Cookies app and had trouble getting in touch with the driver so called the number connected to my order. I get connected to the store and apparently the manager June (thatโ€™s what they said when I asked to speak to a manager but Iโ€™m not sure if thatโ€™s true) and theyโ€™re extremely rude. First when I asked if I could get the number, they awkwardly asked if I had an issue with the order. I said I hadnโ€™t received it yet and I was trying to contact the driver who was going in a different direction. June then asks me if I left instructions, I said yes and again asked for the number. They explain itโ€™s a DoorDash order and as Iโ€™m trying to explain no I ordered through the app, June starts interrupting me like โ€œdid you want the number or not?โ€ Repeatedly saying this when Iโ€™m asking why are you speaking to me this way. I ask for the manager and June says they are the manager, which to me is questionable and saying they record the calls for posterity and Iโ€™m like good because youโ€™re very clearly being rude. Eventually Iโ€™m like just give me the number and they say โ€œso for the THIRD time itโ€™s blah blah blahโ€ they gave me a fake number too. I tried to call back but it w

Would give less than one star if I could. Trash. Cookies were delivered crushed. Itโ€™s almost comical, but itโ€™s not. Ordered through doordash ($23.81 for 6 cookies). Waited an hour. Bad karma on the way for the shitty insomnia driver. DoorDash handled it. Deleting the app now ๐Ÿ˜‚

Nandi helped my sister and I for our first time at Insomnia Cookies here in ATL! It was only a 5 mins wait to the line at 11pm and we quickly ordered and she mentions to sign up points online. We got the Buy 9, Get 3 Free! We love it and canโ€™t wait to visit again! ๐Ÿ˜†

I went to Insomnia Cookies East Atlanta at 10PM, and despite their posted hours saying theyโ€™re open until 1AM, they were closed with no explanation. That was already frustrating, especially making a late-night trip expecting them to be open. I then drove to Insomnia Cookies Edgewood just to still get my order. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when Quice W gave me barely a tablespoon of ice cream for my which. When I politely asked if it could be made correctly, she responded, โ€œI cannot,โ€ and implied I wouldnโ€™t pay for the proper portion. Between the incorrect hours at one location and poor service at the other, this was a really disappointing experience.
